Nutmeg grater

This nutmeg mill is made entirely by hand from Lower Austrian oak wood. With the built-in premium grinder from Switzerland, the nutmeg is cut extremely thin. The mill is easy to fill through the side opening. The nutmeg remains in the mill and is pressed onto the hardened cutting plate with a spring. A slight turning movement on the crank guarantees safe and finger-friendly use. The amount can be precisely dosed using the crank. The permanently installed cutting mechanism prevents “cutting plate-nut sinking” in the respective dish.
