MANI is the pioneer of organic olive oil from Greece. In 1991, the family-run business received Greece’s very first organic certification for its olive oil. The most important factors for high-quality olive oil are the growing region and the olive variety. Southern Greece offers ideal conditions for both, allowing the ‘green gold’ to be produced with great artisanal skill. The Mediterranean climate, the small-scale family-run olive groves and the stony, nutrient-rich soils make MANI olive oils a unique treat. The olives used for MANI olive oils are harvested gently, mostly by hand, and are cold-pressed exclusively.
