HELLES Export Spezial lager 500ml – unfiltered – unpasteurised – cold-stored beer from Bevog Brewery

We’ve finally filled cans with our ‘Helles Export Spezial’ – the beer we perfected last year, a creation from the Dortmund lager series and the culmination of all the lagers we’ve brewed since we started experimenting with lagers six years ago. The beauty of it is: the delicious balance and harmony of all the elements, how wonderfully you can brew beer with very few, but only the very best, ingredients, and how important every step in this process is to crafting such a beer. Our aim was to create a very crisp, clear and delicious lager that pays homage to every ingredient and every tradition of lager brewing – and all this with an alcohol content of just 4.6%. This beer is cold-stored for 7–10 weeks, unfiltered and unpasteurised. The reason it is so clear is down to cold storage, which allows sediment to settle at the bottom of the tank, leaving behind clear, delicious beer. The can design is a hallmark of our core range, as we have once again collaborated with the same artist who created the design for ‘Nitro Coconut Porter’. Art, in its many forms, is something we admire, and we’re delighted to give you a glimpse of our new creation. It reflects the time-honoured tradition of brewing great lagers. It’s available in a draught version and a half-litre can, which we believe is just the right size for this wonderfully crisp and flavourful lager. Cheers, prost, na zdravje!
