With our period panties, you can feel completely free and do absolutely whatever you fancy – whether it’s exercising, relaxing at home, or being out and about all day. All without having to think about your period.

Our period panties, made from organic and fair-trade cotton, feel just as comfortable and soft as your favourite everyday cotton knickers and aren’t bulky. They also offer you extra leak protection for every day, as several layers are sewn directly into the panties to absorb menstrual blood and prevent leaks.
You can use our period panties instead of panty liners, a normal-strength tampon, or as an extra backup when using tampons, cloth pads or menstrual cups. So you don’t need to worry about any accidents! The erdbeerwoche team has, of course, carried out rigorous testing on the period underwear, and after extensive trials, we’ve had a very positive experience!

Please wash your erdbeerwoche period underwear in cold water immediately after use. Then wash them in the washing machine at 40 degrees. Please do not tumble dry. If they’re heavily soiled, you can pre-treat your period panties with a mild stain remover and then soak them in lukewarm water before putting them in the wash. A splash of soda water also helps to remove dried-on blood. It’s best to let your period briefs air-dry after rinsing them in cold water, and only then add them to your machine wash. This also prevents any risk of the colour running onto your other clothes.
