Dr. Oetker Chocolate Cream with Couverture – 3-piece sample set

Dr Oetker’s Chocolate Cream with Couverture makes baking particularly easy: the ready-to-use cream can be used straight away at room temperature and substituted 1:1 for melted couverture in many recipes. This eliminates the time-consuming task of chopping and melting hard blocks of couverture. The velvety cream, made with real couverture, is also ideal for batters, creams, fillings and desserts, and adds a chocolatey touch to your baking creations. For a soft, smooth and glossy coating, heat it for about one minute in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Once applied, the chocolate cream remains pleasantly soft and helps to keep cake layers moist. Store at room temperature, ideally between 21 and 25 °C, to ensure the cream retains its optimal consistency.
