Here, on the remote southern slopes of the Himalayas, the tea leaves are carefully hand-picked and then traditionally processed. A real treat – and not just in geographical terms. Add 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml), pour over boiling water and leave the tea to infuse for 3 minutes.
