Darbo Sicilian Lemon Syrup is a fruit syrup containing 48% lemon juice from lemon juice concentrate, made from Sicilian lemons. It contains natural lemon flavoring and coloring concentrates from safflower and lemon—with no artificial colors.
Recommended dilution: 1 part syrup to 7 parts water. The syrup is suitable as a base for beverages as well as for use in desserts, baked goods, and ice cream specialties such as granita or sorbet.

In 1879, the Darbo family began to refine fruits. Then as now, only selected fruits are processed in a gentle manner. As a result, the fine taste of the fruit is largely preserved.Dilute the syrup as desired with water or mineral water (our recommendation: dilute 1 part syrup with 7 parts water) or use it to flavor cocktails or refine desserts.
