Description

Darbo Haselkuss is a nougat spread with the flavor of freshly roasted hazelnuts, available in a convenient 320-gram squeeze bottle. The product is made without palm oil and is produced by A. Darbo AG in Stans, Austria. The dispenser bottle allows for precise portioning without a knife—the spread can be applied directly by simply squeezing the bottle. This makes it clean and hygienic to use. Haselkuss is perfect as a spread on bread and croissants, as well as for enhancing warm desserts such as crêpes and rice pudding. It can also be used on ice cream, cookies, cakes, muesli, and porridge. Store away from heat. Allergy information: Contains hazelnuts, milk sugar (lactose), milk, and milk products.     Biskuitboden:
    - 4 mittlere Eier
    - 180 g Zucker
    - 180 ml neutrales Speiseöl
    - 270 ml Milch
    - 300 g Weizenmehl
    - 3 EL Backkakao
    - 1 Pkg. Backpulver
    - 1 Prise Salz

    Haselkuss-Creme:
    - 400 g Schlagobers
    - 2 Pkg. Sahnesteif
    - 7 EL Darbo Haselkuss
    - 500 g Mascarpone

    Zum Garnieren:
    - Haselnüsse oder Krokant

Zubereitung:

Den Backofen auf 180°C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Für den schokoladigen Biskuitboden werden die Eier, der Zucker, das Öl und die Milch verquirlt. Im Anschluss werden die trockenen Zutaten (Mehl, Backkakao, Backpulver und Salz) hinzugefügt und zu einem glatten Teig verrührt. Die Masse auf ein Backblech verteilen und im vorgeheizten Ofen für ca. 25 Minuten backen.

Für die luftig-lockere Cremeschicht wird die Mascarpone mit der Haselkuss-Creme glattgerührt. Jetzt Schlagobers mit Sahnesteif steif schlagen und unter die Mascarponecreme heben. Die Creme für mind. 1 Stunde kaltstellen. Den ausgekühlten Kuchen halbieren. Eine Hälfte mit der Haselkuss-Creme bestreichen und darauf die zweite Hälfte legen. Nun den Kuchen in 12 gleichgroße Stücke schneiden, die übrige Haselkuss-Creme auf den Schnittchen verteilen und mit Haselnüssen oder Krokant garnieren.
