Cif Professional Oven and Grill Cleaner is a highly alkaline cleaner for cleaning heavily grease-soiled devices such as ovens, grills, convection ovens and salamanders. The formulation is based on an optimal combination of alkalinity, surfactants and solvents, which dissolves even heavily baked-on dirt. The product is also suitable for cleaning deep fryers.

Application instructions
1. Make sure the surface temperature is lower than 70°C.
2. Spray the product directly onto the surface or device.
3. Depending on the degree of contamination, leave it to take effect for 5 to a maximum of 30 minutes.
4. Remove loosened dirt with a scouring pad or brush.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean drinking water and allow to air dry.
Always follow the device manufacturer’s instructions before use. Do not use on aluminum, decorated surfaces, non-alkaline-resistant materials and self-cleaning devices
