Description
TASTING
- Dense, deep red color with a few violet reflections.
- Aromatic palette dominated by red fruits such as sour cherries, spices and cinnamon notes.
- Round, balanced mouth with pleasant acidity that gives nerve to the ripe tannins. Nice long finish with oak notes.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION
It is a gastronomic chameleon: spaghetti with Napolitana or Bolognese sauce, light meat and fish dishes, braised beef, soutzoukaki a la Smyrna, moussaka, eggplant with tomatoes, pizza, sausages, yellow cheese
