Weingut Kirnbauer
The K+K Kirnbauer Winery is a family-run business and epitomises viticulture in the Blaufränkisch region. The family winery is situated high above the rooftops of the region. Various grape varieties are grown across the vineyard’s approximately 40 hectares, with red wines forming a key focus of the winery. The grape varieties grown include, amongst others, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The connection between wine and wood is of particular importance at the K+K Kirnbauer Winery. The ageing of selected wines in wooden barrels is part of the winery’s philosophy. The wines are aged in different styles and reflect the diversity of the family-run business’s range.
