    Karl and Roswitha Haas took over the farm in 1986. Starting with fruit production for the wholesale trade, we gradually began to switch to fruit processing and direct marketing in the 1990s.
    Today, a large proportion of our fruit is processed into various fruit juices, single-variety apple cider, frizzante, apple cider, brandies and vinegar.
    In the last 10 years, particular attention has been paid to the production of single-variety apple cider. Today, up to 10 different types of cider are produced from high-quality fruit using modern cellar technology and a great deal of passion.
    Old varieties such as Maschanzker, Kronprinz Rudolf, Ilzer Rosenapfel, etc. are not forgotten.
