Apricot beer made from original Wachau apricots 330ml – wonderfully suited as an aperitif – unfiltered – an easy-drinking beer from Bruckners ErzBräu

The Apricot Beer made from Original Wachau apricots (330ml) is a joint creation by Sepp Dockner of Winzerhof Dockner and Peter Bruckner of Bruckners ErzBräu. They have created the first Wachau apricot beer using Original Wachau apricots. It took over a year to go from the initial idea to the finished apricot beer. Various methods were tried and tested time and again to ultimately produce a truly special beer. It is unfiltered and pasteurised to prevent the fruit sugar from continuing to ferment. The beer has an IBU (International Bitterness Unit) value of 20, making it particularly easy to drink.
