Ingredients: wheat flour, iodised salt, malt flour, dextrose, pregelatinised flour (wheat,corn), curdled whey powder, soya flour, hardened vegetable fat, ascorbic acid (= vitamine C), lecithin, guar flour

Tip: Use this white-bread mix as a basis dough for your own individual creations e.g. add nuts, pumpkin seeds, pine seeds or dried bear`s garlic (ramson).
